1. Customer Satisfaction Policy:
Al-Mutlaq Furniture is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. We accept returns or exchanges of purchased products within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
o The product must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice.
o The product must be in its original packaging.
o The product must not have been used under any circumstances.
2. Warranty Exceptions:
Al-Mutlaq Furniture provides a warranty on its products against manufacturing defects, with the exception of damages resulting from misuse, including:
o Folding or folding the mattress due to improper storage conditions.
o Products returned in unsanitary condition (contaminated, stained, or with fungi).
o Damage resulting from using bed boards with spacings greater than 8 cm.
3. Delivery responsibility:
We will do our best to deliver the products on the expected date, but Al-Mutlaq Furniture is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer responsibility for measurements:
The customer will be contacted to confirm the measurements. In the event of no response, the measurements given on the site will be relied upon. Please note that mattresses that are made to order will not be returned or
replaced.
5. Golden Warranty:
We offer you the opportunity to try the mattress for 7 days in your home. We would just like to remind you that if the packaging is opened or the mattress is used in a way that affects its original condition,
it will not be possible to return it.
