Almutlaq Store Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Return Rights: You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.

  2. Exchange Rights: You may exchange the product if it has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was sent.

  3. Return and Exchange Conditions:

    • The product must be unopened and unused.
    • The original invoice must be provided.
    • A full refund will be issued using the same payment method.

  4. Costs: If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to a personal preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
